EACH ADULT applicant who will be living at the property and appear on the tenancy will need to complete and submit the form below along with a form of photo ID (UK driving license, European ID Card, Passport or other official photographic ID document) which can be emailed to info@rogers-partners.co.uk or sent via Whatsapp to 07968542735. You must also read the document on this page called 'Tenant Application Notes With Fees' as by submitting the form you will be declaring that you have read and understood this document
