This is a great benefit for landlords, particularly those living out of the area in which the property is located. We ensure that these contractors are of a good standard and that their charges are reasonable as part of our service to you.

We are an oversees landlord expert, well versed in the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme and a registered member agent. Our Fully Managed service means that you need not worry about your property while you are away.
