We will ask you to pay a deposit and rent in advance before you move into one of our properties. In addition to this you may be charged certain fees. There are NO FEES to apply for one of our properties or for your tenancy, check-in or deposit protection. However, should you require a change to, or novation of your tenancy agreement there will be a charge of £50.00. If you lose the keys or any fobs supplied you will be liable to the cost of replacement and should you wish to terminate your tenancy within its' term when you are not entitled to do so, you will be liable for the landlords' costs in re-letting.
