Our Services & Fees to tenants

We are proud of the service that we offer to tenants and we believe that we have a duty of care to ensure that you are treated well and kept comfortable in our properties.

We also believe in being absolutely transparent about what we do and what charges we make to you not only before for also during your tenancy. On this page we have included some links to details of what we do, our standard tenancy application process and the associated fees. You can get an up to date note of our fees by texting 'fees' to 84433.

FEES: When you apply for tenancy of one of our properties we will charge you a Holding Fee equivalent to One Weeks' Rent. We will then obtain references such as financial checks, employment references & existing landlord references (where applicable) as well as a consumer credit check. We may also ask you for a working guarantor if necessary. We will also take the necessary information to ensure that the landlord has complied with the Immigration Act and retain ID on file for this purpose. If you withdraw from your application or are declined because of false or misleading information provided on your application, you stand to lose the Holding Fee

If your application is accepted and you subsequently move in, we will refund that fee against the rent & deposit due when you move in
